Able's Kalbs-Kuchl is one of the newest tents at the Oktoberfest, opening for the first time in 2008 with room inside for 300 people.
Like its name suggests, it specializes in everything veal (kalb), from Kalbsbraten to Kalbstafelspitz and you can wash this all down with a Maß of Spaten or a Franziskaner Weißbier.
Able's Kalbs-Kuchl is the only tent in the entire Oktoberfest that is smoke free – a welcome break for most tourists from western countries who are no longer used to smoking indoors.
The Bayrische Stubnmusik starts at 12pm daily and at 5pm Chili-Buam takes the stage to provide the entertainment for the evening session.
Able's Kalbs-Kuchl is located directly opposite the Schottenhamel and in front and to the left of the Bräurosl.
