The Long Hall is a traditional Irish pub, built in the late 1900s. It is located in one of Dublin's most popular shopping areas, Georges Street.
From the outside, you may think it is a very small, nondescript pub but it is not until you enter that you realize what a gem it really is.
Stepping into this pub will transport you back to the Victorian era. The interior is full of polished wood from floors to furniture, with large gilt-edged mirrors adorning the walls behind the bar. The ceilings are ornately decorated with plasterwork and the red carpeted areas, along with the beautiful lighting, enhance the old world ambience of this fine interior.
No rowdy music to spoil the conversation or flat screen TVs to distract people. Plenty of comfy places to relax, have a quiet drink and a good yarn.
This is a good old-fashioned pub which serves a great variety of drinks including the famous Irish Guinness. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere within and the service is great. It is open every day of the week from 12:00pm onwards on weekdays with varying times on the weekend. It can get very busy on weekends and during this time it may be harder to get a seat.
