The Moore Street Market is an open-air street market interspersed with permanent shops located on Dublin's inner north side close to the ILAC shopping complex. It is open daily except for Sundays and is a great place to buy fresh produce and flowers.
The area has an international atmosphere about it, as many of the stores sell ethnic food and goods, mixed with a traditional, old-world feel enhanced by the cobbled stoned streets and the seemingly haphazard array of stalls.
Many traders sell their goods from barrows and you could even spot some horse drawn carts. The vendors are very vocal and their cries can be heard throughout the market as they try to tempt you to buy.
Many small eateries dot the area, a large number of which sell authentic international food from German sausages to delicious cuisine from Eastern Europe and Asia.
