Dublin is full of typical Irish pubs and Kehoe's Pub is no exception. It is located on South Anne Street and is one of the city's most popular drinking holes.
Originally the pub took over the first floor only but after John Kehoe died the pub was sold and the new owners converted the upper level into a small, cosy sitting area and bar. The interior is mostly dark wood and there is a long narrow bar.
The pub is not very big and the ground floor, although long, is very narrow. This actually contributes to its atmosphere though at busy times it can be hard to get a seat.
