Kilians is a well visited Irish pub right in the center of Munich, next to the Frauenkirche. Many English speaking people go here, but it is also popular with locals wanting to experience a bit of Ireland.
It is possible to order a range of food here, from a Irish sausages, to burgers or the Mexican basket.
Due to its location, the pub is almost always full. On the first floor, there is a room to smoke in, and in summer it is possible to sit outside in the sun. On weekends, there is often live music on the stage at the front of the venue.
All of the staff here speak English, and in fact many of them are actually from Ireland.
Drink prices are a bit above the Munich pub average, but this is to be expected considering the location, which couldn't be more central.
The pub adjoins Ned Kelly's Australian Bar, which is a great place to watch sport.
Kilians is open every day of the week.
