Nightlife in Dublin

It would be no exaggeration to describe Dublin as one of Europe's premiere 'party towns'. The Nightlife in Dublin draws in tourists from across the continent and beyond.

It is this eclectic mix of visitors, young students and of course native Dubliners out to enjoy the famous 'craic' that gives the city's bars such an electrifying feel. The beauty of a night out in Dublin is that it combines the vibrancy of a modern European capital with a tradition for pubs and a bar culture so appealing it has been duplicated the world over. The difference here is that these Irish pubs are the genuine thing.

The Temple Bar area is the tourist-driven heart of Dublin's nightlife and features a diverse collection of pubs, bars and clubs. Whilst Grafton Street offers a slightly more sedate alternative.

However there are so many wonderful pubs and bars in Dublin that there is no need to stick to these central areas to find a truly great night out and of course the best pint of Guinness you will ever have.
