The Dapper Market, also known as the "Pearl of Amsterdam", is a world famous bazaar consisting of over 200 stalls which line its surrounding streets.

The market has a very strong multi-cultural feel, with crafts, clothing and food from across the world all being sold in great variety. The multinational products on offer and the sheer range of choice make this a popular attraction for tourists and locals alike.

The market also boasts being voted a "Top 10 Shopping Destination" in the National Geographic magazine in 2007, only enhancing its reputation as one of the best markets in Europe.

As it is such a popular attraction, it is worth noting that the market can get very busy during peak hours, and so it is advisable to attend early in the day if possible.
