In central Dublin, this family-run hotel overlooks Phoenix Park and is just 200 metres from Heuston Train Station and the red Luas line.

It offers 24-hour reception, rooms with flat-screen TVs and traditional cooked Irish breakfasts.

Each refurbished room at the Phoenix Park Hotel features a bathroom with a spacious shower and a heated towel rail. Rooms include flat-screen TVs, telephones and tea/coffee-making facilities.

Using fresh local produce, breakfast is served in the hotel’s French café-style restaurant.

Guests can relax in the bar with a pint of Guinness or a glass of wine.

The Guinness Brewery and the Dublin Zoo are both less than a 10-minute walk away. There is a stop for the red Luas line, Dublin’s tram, a short walk away, which provides excellent access to all Dublin’s attractions.
