I stayed at the Mandala Hotel during the Easter Weekend ( April 2011 ) for 4 nights.
Unfortunately, I had prepaid an Executive Suite = otherwise I would have moved out the morning of the second day.
It is my opinion that this is a 3 star Service Apartment Hotel - and I am sure that anyone who expects a 'regular' 5 star Hotel will be bitterly dissapointed by lobby, suites and staff attitude.
